Were seeking an experienced and compassionate Wellness Director to lead our clinical and wellness services for approximately 107 residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
As a key member of the leadership team, youll oversee resident wellness, lead and develop care staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and help create an exceptional experience for residents and families.

Job Responsibilities & Qualifications
Clinical & Wellness Leadership
- Lead resident wellness, assessments, care planning, and clinical services
- Supervise, coach, and develop caregiving and nursing team members
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and quality standards
Resident & Family Experience
- Partner with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers
- Promote exceptional resident satisfaction and quality of care
Qualifications
Required
- Licensed or Registered Nurse (where required by state regulations)
- 3+ years of senior living, geriatric nursing, or healthcare experience
- Leadership and team development experience
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
