Director of Nursing

Job Summary

The Director of Nursing is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest standards of patient care within our facility. The Director of Nursing will manage nursing operations, promote best practices in patient care, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and Medicare regulations.

Duties

Experience

• Proven experience in nursing administration or leadership roles within healthcare settings.
• Strong background in supervising nursing staff with a focus on home care or nursing home environments.
• In-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations, Medicare policies, and best practices in patient care management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of care.
