Primary Responsibilities:- Promote excellence in patient care by setting a high standard for clinical practices.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, effectively delegating tasks and ensuring positive outcomes.
- Manage departmental budget efficiently, maintaining cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate as an integral member of the administrative team.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations.
Physical Demands:- Assist with lifting and moving patients.
- Perform moderate physical tasks, including carrying up to 25 lbs.
- Occasionally stand, walk, reach, stoop, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
- Occasionally lift supplies and equipment.
Working Conditions:- Regular exposure to body fluids, infectious diseases, and patient emergencies.
- Work with patients in various circumstances, including critical and crisis situations.
- Handle unpredictable scenarios requiring sound judgment, which may impact patient safety.
- Occasionally exposed to difficult environmental conditions.
Minimum Qualifications:- CA RN License Must be current.
- CPR Certification Required.
- Experience Minimum 5 years as an RN, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role at the manager or director level.
