Description

Position Summary: This role involves providing high-quality, timely, and compassionate care to all patients. The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and contribute as a valued member of the administrative team.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Promote excellence in patient care by setting a high standard for clinical practices.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, effectively delegating tasks and ensuring positive outcomes.
  • Manage departmental budget efficiently, maintaining cost-effective operations.
  • Collaborate as an integral member of the administrative team.
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations.
Physical Demands:
  • Assist with lifting and moving patients.
  • Perform moderate physical tasks, including carrying up to 25 lbs.
  • Occasionally stand, walk, reach, stoop, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
  • Occasionally lift supplies and equipment.
Working Conditions:
  • Regular exposure to body fluids, infectious diseases, and patient emergencies.
  • Work with patients in various circumstances, including critical and crisis situations.
  • Handle unpredictable scenarios requiring sound judgment, which may impact patient safety.
  • Occasionally exposed to difficult environmental conditions.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • CA RN License Must be current.
  • CPR Certification Required.
  • Experience Minimum 5 years as an RN, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role at the manager or director level.
