    Your Impact

    As Director of Nursing for Labor & Delivery, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure safe, high-quality patient care while supporting and developing your team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and inspire nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care
    • Oversee daily operations, staffing, and performance within the department
    • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and Joint Commission standards
    • Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation effectively
    • Collaborate with hospital leadership to drive quality improvement initiatives
    • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

    What You Bring

    • Active RN license (California)
    • Current CPR certification
    • 5+ years of RN experience, including
    • 2+ years in a leadership role (Manager or Director level preferred)
    • Strong clinical, operational, and leadership skills
    • Proven ability to build teams and drive results

    Work Environment & Physical Requirements

    This role involves a dynamic clinical setting, including:

    • Direct interaction with patients in a variety of conditions
    • Exposure to infectious diseases and emergency situations
    • Moderate physical activity (lifting up to 25 lbs, standing/walking as needed)
    • Fast-paced environment requiring sound judgment and quick decision-making
