Your Impact
As Director of Nursing for Labor & Delivery, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure safe, high-quality patient care while supporting and developing your team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and inspire nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care

Oversee daily operations, staffing, and performance within the department

Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and Joint Commission standards

Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation effectively

Collaborate with hospital leadership to drive quality improvement initiatives

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
What You Bring

Active RN license (California)
-
Current CPR certification
- 5+ years of RN experience, including
- 2+ years in a leadership role (Manager or Director level preferred)

Strong clinical, operational, and leadership skills
-
Proven ability to build teams and drive results
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role involves a dynamic clinical setting, including:

Direct interaction with patients in a variety of conditions

Exposure to infectious diseases and emergency situations

Moderate physical activity (lifting up to 25 lbs, standing/walking as needed)
