Position Details

• 8–13 Week Contract

• Day Shift

• Monday – Friday

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• 40 Hours/Week

• No On-Call

• Skilled Nursing Facility Setting

Pay

• $62 – $64 per hour

• Approx. $2,480 – $2,560 per week gross

Facility Information

• Licensed for 40 Beds

• Current Census: 23 Residents

• Primarily office/administrative role

• May assist on the floor occasionally

Requirements

• Active RN license required

• Previous Director of Nursing (DON) experience required

• Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing experience required

• Leadership and staff management experience required

• BLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations within the facility

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care services

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and clinical oversight

• Support resident care and facility operations as needed

• Maintain communication with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
