Cascades Healthcare is a Utah based owner/operator of skilled nursing facilities in Idaho, Utah, and Nebraska. We recently created a Director of Nursing Training program, where RN's obtain on-site, classroom, and clinical training in preparation to become a Director of Nursing in one of our skilled nursing facilities.The program is roughly six months in length, full-time. Your training will be provided at one of our skilled nursing facilities in Nebraska. Upon completion of the training, you may be offered a Director of Nursing position at one of our Idaho, Utah, or Nebraska locations.You will receive competitive nursing pay during the program.
