Description:
• The Director of Nursing is a senior leadership role in healthcare responsible for overseeing and managing healthcare services across multiple facilities. 
• This position requires a Registered Nurse background with significant administrative experience in healthcare settings, particularly correctional, behavioral health, or similarly regulated environments.
• The role involves travel within the region and requires proficiency in general office software.

Requirements:
• Manage nursing staff, including supervision and performance management
• Coordinate and negotiate contracts with medical vendors
• Address and resolve patient complaints
• Audit medical records and medication procedures
• Track and ensure compliance with licensure requirements
• Develop and review policies and procedures
• Attend mandatory training and perform ACA-related duties

Qualifications:
• 5-10 years of experience in healthcare administration and supervision
• Experience in correctional healthcare or similar environments preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• CPR Certification
• Graduate of a Registered Nursing Program, preferably BSN
• Registered Nurse licensed in NJ/PA preferred
• Proficiency in general office software
