    What You'll Do
    • Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of nurses and nursing assistants
    • Ensure exceptional resident-centered care and clinical outcomes
    • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations
    • Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
    • Lead quality improvement, infection prevention, and survey readiness initiatives
    • Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
    • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassion
    What We're Looking For
    • Current Arkansas RN license
    • Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living
    • Demonstrated successful leadership skills with a proven ability to build, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing teams
    • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and quality standards
    • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
    • Experience managing staffing, budgets, and clinical operations
    Preferred Qualifications
    • BSN required; MSN preferred
    • Previous Director of Nursing experience
    • Long-Term Care or Nursing Administration certification would be a bonus
    • Experience with electronic health records and quality reporting systems
