What You'll Do - Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of nurses and nursing assistants
- Ensure exceptional resident-centered care and clinical outcomes
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
- Lead quality improvement, infection prevention, and survey readiness initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassion
What We're Looking For - Current Arkansas RN license
- Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living
- Demonstrated successful leadership skills with a proven ability to build, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and quality standards
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing staffing, budgets, and clinical operations
Preferred Qualifications - BSN required; MSN preferred
- Previous Director of Nursing experience
- Long-Term Care or Nursing Administration certification would be a bonus
- Experience with electronic health records and quality reporting systems
