Details:

Specialty: Emergency Services / Emergency Department Leadership

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital / Specialty Heart Hospital

Pay Rate: Competitive based on experience + bonus eligible

Shift/Hours: Full-Time, Leadership Schedule

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program required
Candidates without a BSN must be actively enrolled in an accredited BSN program with a scheduled completion date
Current RN license or license acceptable by the applicable State Board of Nursing required
Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience required
Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing leadership/management experience required
Emergency Department leadership experience strongly preferred
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an acute care hospital environment
Strong operational, financial, staffing, and quality management experience
Proven ability to develop staff, improve employee engagement, and drive accountability
Experience managing budgets, productivity, patient throughput, and regulatory compliance
Excellent physician relationship management and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
Master's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
Clinical specialty or nursing administration certification preferred
