Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid RN license in Kansas
  • Certifications Requirements: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred, and Healthcare Provider CPR certification
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care, prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred, familiarity with LTC regulatory standards
  • Other Requirements: Strong communication skills, ability to lead and manage a team, flexibility with schedule, physically capable of managing a healthcare setting, proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to LTC residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
