What You'll Do

  • Lead all nursing operations within the facility
  • Develop, mentor, and support nursing leaders and staff
  • Drive quality outcomes and resident satisfaction
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and departmental performance
  • Partner with the Administrator to achieve clinical and operational goals
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and professional development

What You'll Need

  • Current Washington RN license (or NLC-eligible)
  • Nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
  • Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Proven ability to develop teams and drive clinical outcomes
