    SUMMARY

    The Director of Nursing is responsible for the daily medical/clinical operation of the facility in collaboration with the Medical Director. This is an administrative leadership role supervising nursing and technician staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory and patient care standards.

    Adult (18 & older)

    Individuals with substance use disorders with or without co-occurring psychiatric conditions.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Oversee daily clinical operations with Medical Director
    2. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
    3. Participate in data reporting and planning
    4. Assist with workflow and administrative processes
    5. Support hiring and training
    6. Manage staffing schedules
    7. Ensure adherence to healthcare protocols
    8. Provide patient care when needed
    9. Handle incidents and medication errors
    10. Maintain confidentiality standards
    11. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
    12. Oversee infection control
    13. Manage testing and compliance programs
    14. Ensure staff training and competency
    15. Maintain safe medication systems
    16. Perform additional duties as needed

    AGE SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES (ADULT)

    Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care including mental, physical, and social needs. Provides education and adjusts care plans accordingly.
