We hold our clinical and nursing teams to a high standard, and we invest in the leaders who set that standard.

We are hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations at our Merchantville, New Jersey residential facility. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced Registered Nurse who can build, manage, and develop a nursing team while owning the clinical, regulatory, and operational integrity of the medication room and nursing department. The DON reports to executive leadership and works closely with the Medical Director, providers, and clinical leadership.
