Job Description:
Responsible for the 24-hour management of designated units assuring facility meets the established standard of care. This is a fully on-site job.
Qualifications:
Education Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, MSN required
Experience Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience required and a minimum of 2-3 years Cath Lab management experience in a manager/director role. Preference for candidates with a stong history of partnering closely with physicians to grow or expand Cath Lab programs
Technical Skills Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet and database.
License/Certification Current RN license in the State of Nevada
Other Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department

Ideal Candidate
Candidate must have 5-7 years proven experience in leadership in Cath Lab clinical and administrative functions, business development, expanding and building new programs, working collaboratively with community partners, physicians, patients, staff, vendors and hospital administration.
