Director of Nursing and RN Supervisor Home Care

Grace Community Care & Homes seeks a Director of Nursing / RN Supervisor for a limited, per-diem home-care oversight assignment. This is not a full-time position.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing oversight, assessments, care planning, aide supervision, staff competency review, clinical policies and quality improvement within the agreed scope. Support licensing and accreditation readiness. Required on-site visits and clinical supervision must be fulfilled.

Schedule and scope

Proposed compensation is a $2,500 monthly contract retainer. The covered hours, availability, visits and deliverables will be defined in writing before engagement. Any work beyond the agreed scope requires a separate agreement.

Program readiness

Start date and duties depend on applicable approvals, funding, credentialing and staffing readiness. The assignment must meet the staffing and supervision requirements of the final licensed service model.

Requirements

Active NJ RN license and nursing leadership experience; home-care experience and credentials meeting the final HCSF, PCA or home-health model. Applicants should provide relevant credentials, experience, availability and a resume. Final regulatory eligibility will be verified before appointment or service delivery. Benefits

Compensation: $2,500 per month for an agreed, limited contract scope. Per-diem availability; not full-time. Hours, covered visits and availability will be agreed before engagement.

Paid time off will be addressed in the written agreement and applicable policy. No other benefits or bonuses are currently offered.
