Director of Nursing - Adrian Dominicans Sisters Motherhouse Campus
Who we are: We are a team of caregivers and support staff who provide an enriching and compassionate environment to the Adrian Dominican Sisters in their home at the Dominican Life Center, our nursing/retirement home environment. Our Sisters live in assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing communities and we take great pride in providing our Sisters with the best care and environment in their retirement.
Pay: 90,000 - 100,000/yr. based on experience.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. At least 40 hours per week. Occassional availability outside of work hours necessary. Some off-shift and weekend presence is required.

In this role you will:
Requirements:
Education: Registered Nurse - graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current license to practice nursing in the State of Michigan. BSN or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years nursing experience with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a progressive management/leadership role in a long-term care facility. Prior experience as a Director of Nursing strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Physical: Must be able to work at least eight hours per day. Job requires bending/stooping occasionally; and lifting up to 30 pounds frequently. Must be sighted and capable of hearing. Annual influenza vaccination is required for this position.
Working Conditions: Flexible working hours, and various job responsibilities. Able to adjust to numerous interruptions. At least 80-hours per pay period.
