    Responsibilities:

    Lead and mentor nursing staff to deliver the highest quality care.
    Oversee compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
    Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
    Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ overall well-being.
    Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to promote operational efficiency.
    Qualifications:

    Active  RN license required.
    Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a long-term care setting.
    Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in skilled nursing care.
    Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
    Commitment to resident-centered care and quality outcomes.
