    Hours per pay period:Full-time

    Responsibilities:

    • Serves as a member of the senior leadership team and collaborates in the integration of the Mission and Core Values in all aspects of the ministry's operations, i.e., strategic planning, policy development, leadership/staff development, and finance/budget.
    • Serves as a resource to the senior leadership team, by raising values-based questions and concerns related to operations and decision-making.
    • Develops, implements, leads, and coordinates the charism and mission integration and ministry formation programs.
    • Assures that Charism, Mission and Core Values orientation and ongoing formation programs are provided for board members, leadership, staff, and volunteers.
    • Maintains an active and visible presence on the ministry campus, especially among those being served to promote the development of a charism and mission-infused culture.
    • Initiates and assures completion and implementation of the ministry's Charism and Mission Integration Plan, supported by the President/CEO, the Board, and the Felician Services Vice President Charism and Mission Integration.
    • Provides leadership for planning and implementation of the Annual Mission and Heritage Week.
    • Assures the visibility of appropriate symbols and art that reflect the Catholic identity of the ministry.
    • Prepares and recommends an annual budget for mission-related activities.
    • Serves as a resource to marketing and communications to ensure the ministry identifies itself as a Felician Sponsored Ministry.

    Qualifications:

    • Candidate must be a practicing Catholic and in good standing with the Roman Catholic Church.
    • Possess academic preparation and/or relevant experience in theology, religious studies, or a related field.
    • Possess the leadership skills, competence, credibility, and willingness to participate as a full member of the senior leadership team to ensure integration of charism, mission and core values in daily operations.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Catholic principles, values, and social teaching. (add Ethical and Religious Directives of Catholic Health Care for SLHC; add Catholic intellectual tradition for higher education)
    • Demonstrate the ability and courage to address issues that challenge the mission and core values.
    • Proven experience and ability to foster interfaith dialogue and activities.
    • Possess knowledge, skill, and competencies in critical thinking, interpersonal communication, delegation, decision-making, and adult learning.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Expertise in creating and delivering effective presentations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), or Google
