Since 1960, D’Youville Life & Wellness Community (DLWC) has provided Greater Lowell and surrounding communities with Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care earning the respect of its peers and the trust of the community at large.

We are seeking to hire a Director of Mission and Values.

  • $74K to $107K based on experience.
  • Full-Time; 40 hours/week.

Director of Mission and Values Qualifications:

  • Education or similar experience:  Master’s Degree in Theology, Pastoral Ministry or Spirituality.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership in Catholic ministry and good standing with local Bishop.
  • Competency in leadership within areas as specified by the Catholic Health Association:  Leadership, Theology, Spirituality, Ethics and Organizational Management.

Director of Mission and Values Job Summary:

  • Communicate and educate employees, board members, volunteers and the community about DLWC’s mission of compassionate care and its expressions.
  • Contribute to the attainment of the vision of the strategic plan in relation to focus area, priority and success indicator.
  • In cooperation with the Mission and Ethics Committee develop and implement the annual plan for mission.
  • Supervise the Pastoral/Chaplaincy department including outreach to area clergy and workplace spirituality initiatives.
  • Manage the volunteer program and Community Benefit program.
  • Develop and present formation and mission education programs for board members, leadership and others.
