Job Description:Since 2010, our client has been delivering quality healthcare as part of the commonwealth's most comprehensive network. As the Director of Medical-Surgical Services, you will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care by overseeing performance and results across multiple sites. You will foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to support facility objectives. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- 3+ years’ Director experience in an acute care setting, Med-Surg preferred.
- Will consider Nurse Managers with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an acute care setting.
- Active RN License or compact license required.
