    Description

    This well-established healthcare facility near Zuni, New Mexico, is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Med Surg to join their organization.  


    • Pay range: $59.91- $88.66 


    Director of Med Surg Opportunity:  

    • Full-time, permanent position  
    • Schedule: Mon – Fri, 7 AM – 5 PM  
    • Great benefits, including health/vision/dental coverage, for the selected Director of Med Surg  
    • Develops, monitors, and always maintains a minimum of two performance improvement projects 

     

    Director of Med Surg Qualifications:  

    • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or actively progressing towards a BSN or related field preferred 
    • Minimum of three (5) years of nursing experience required
    • Required two (2) years of clinical and leadership experience preferred
    • Current RN license of New Mexico or an acceptable compact state RN licensures
    • Present verification in Basic Life Support 
    • The Director of Med Surg must complete ACLS certification within three (3) months of hire
    • Must complete PALS within six (6) months of hire
