District Partners has been retained to lead the Marketing Director search for one of the coolest consumer businesses in the Greater Orlando area.

You’ll set marketing direction, develop the team, and turn business priorities into campaigns that connect with customers and drive growth. The right person can think strategically, make sound investment decisions, and stay involved enough to help bring the ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

• Set marketing priorities, manage the budget, and align the team’s work with business objectives.
• Coach and develop marketing talent, establishing clear expectations and accountability.
• Lead integrated campaigns that strengthen awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Shape clear, consistent messaging for different audiences and channels.
• Work with commercial and product teams to support launches, promotions, and customer opportunities.
• Guide digital marketing across web, email, social, search, and paid media.
• Use customer insights, campaign results, and market trends to refine priorities and marketing investment.
• Give leadership a clear view of performance, opportunities, and recommendations.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including responsibility for leading a team or function.
• Experience marketing consumer-facing products, with an understanding of both business buyers and end customers.
• A track record of delivering integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge and confidence evaluating performance.
• Experience managing budgets and connecting marketing activity to business results.
• Strong writing and messaging judgment.
• The ability to coordinate initiatives across teams and keep execution moving.
• A leadership style that combines clear direction, practical coaching, and hands-on involvement.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Location: Greater Orlando, FL

Base Salary: $150,000–$170,000 (Potential compensation flexibility for a candidate who brings the right combination of experience, skills, and leadership style)

Employment Type: Full-time, salaried

Schedule: Fully onsite, 5 days a week
