The Role

As Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for building and leading Corintis's marketing function; setting our brand and communications strategy, driving demand generation, and owning how we tell our story to customers, investors, press, and the broader AI infrastructure ecosystem. You will report to the President and collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team, engineering, sales, and business development leadership, as well as our Marketing Coordinator, who you will manage directly.

Based in our Silicon Valley office, this role plays an important part in how Corintis is perceived as we scale from advanced R&D into high-volume manufacturing and grow our footprint among the world's largest semiconductor and hyperscale computing companies. You'll have real ownership of the marketing budget, team, and roadmap, with the mandate to build a function that doesn't fully exist yet.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Corintis's overall marketing strategy; brand, positioning, demand generation, and communications, aligned to company-wide commercial and fundraising goals.

• Manage and grow the marketing team, starting with our Marketing Coordinator, setting clear goals and building a high-performing, accountable team as the function scales.

• Own Corintis's brand strategy and visual identity, ensuring consistent, credible representation across every customer, investor, and public touchpoint.

• Build demand generation programs; content, campaigns, website, SEO, and marketing automation that generate qualified pipeline for sales and business development.

• Set the strategic direction for PR, analyst, and industry relations, including media strategy for product launches, partnerships, funding announcements, and manufacturing milestones, and personally manage relationships with top-tier press and analysts.

• Partner directly with the President and executive team on investor and board-facing materials, fundraising narratives, and messaging for major company milestones.

• Set the strategy for Corintis's presence at major industry events (e.g., SEMITHERM, OCP Summit, iTherm, SuperCompute), prioritizing which events matter most to the business and overseeing execution.

• Own the marketing budget, prioritizing spend across programs and managing relationships with external agencies and vendors.

• Establish marketing performance reporting brand, pipeline, PR, and event ROI for the executive team, and use it to continuously refine strategy and resourcing.

• Act as the senior marketing partner to engineering and sales leadership, ensuring technical accuracy and strategic consistency in external communications as the company scales.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with progressively senior leadership responsibility, or equivalent experience.

• Proven ability to build or scale a marketing function, ideally at a startup or high-growth company.

• Experience working with B2B technology, semiconductor, hardware/manufacturing, or deep-tech companies.

• Proven track record managing a team, as well as external agencies and vendors.

• Strong strategic, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience owning a marketing budget and reporting on ROI and KPIs to an executive team.
