Position Summary
The Director of Marketing and Communications reports directly to the Executive Director and works closely with the President & CEO to lead the development and execution of integrated destination marketing strategies that drive visitation, overnight stays, and economic impact for El Paso. This position collaborates with department directors to coordinate and oversee all marketing and communications initiatives, including advertising, destination and event marketing, public relations, branding, promotions, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
