We are seeking a Director of Manufacturing to lead the launch, ramp-up, and long-term manufacturing operations of a major new facility in Fort Worth, TX. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity with a rapidly growing organization supporting the continued expansion of data center infrastructure.

The Fort Worth facility is expected to scale to approximately 2,500 employees and will manufacture server racks, storage units, switches, and related products. The operation will involve high-volume manual assembly, a wide range of materials, new equipment implementation, and integration of customer-provided products into completed systems.

The ideal candidate is a proven manufacturing leader who has successfully ramped up a new facility, built high-performing teams, established processes, and transitioned an operation into a stable sustaining environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead the startup, ramp-up, and stabilization of the Fort Worth manufacturing facility, establishing processes, staffing structures, operating standards, and performance expectations.

    • Oversee high-volume manual assembly operations, new equipment implementation, process development, and continuous improvement.
    • Partner with engineering, quality, supply chain, operations, and other functions to drive safety, quality, productivity, capacity, and delivery.
    • Serve as a senior customer-facing leader, including direct interaction with high-level customer executives and support of customer-specific manufacturing requirements.
    • Transition the facility from rapid growth and startup activities into a stable, scalable, sustaining manufacturing environment.
    • Report directly to the General Manager.
    Must Have
    • 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
    • Proven experience ramping up a new manufacturing facility.
    • Strong background in manual assembly and high-volume production.
    • Experience implementing new manufacturing equipment and processes.
    • Demonstrated success building and scaling manufacturing teams.
    • Strong customer interfacing experience, including executive-level customers.
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
    Highly Preferred.
    • Experience with server racks, storage systems, switches, or similar complex assemblies.
    • Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
    • Experience supporting customer-specific manufacturing programs.
    Leadership Profile

This is a unique opportunity for a senior manufacturing leader who can build the operation from the ground up and then sustain it at scale. The successful candidate will be comfortable leading through rapid growth, developing a large organization, working directly with customers, and establishing the operational foundation required for a world-class manufacturing environment.

Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
