Director of Manufacturing
Our client, a leading industrial manufacturer, is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to oversee plant operations and lead a high-performing manufacturing team. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement while ensuring production goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations and production teams.
- Drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Develop and mentor manufacturing leaders and employees.
- Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to support production objectives.
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing; pump or rotating equipment experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
