Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school supplemented by college level courses in maintenance administration and control. Five years increasingly responsible experience in maintenance, repair and construction of buildings and grounds, including two years in a lead or supervising capacity. Experience can be substituted for college level coursework. Valid California driver s license.
