Delivering Solutions that Matter:Direct and oversee all maintenance (7 days per week Maintenance Assistance coverage), housekeeping, laundry, and environmental services operations to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained healthcare environment for residents, staff, and visitors.Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs for building systems, equipment, utilities, and grounds to ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and minimal downtime.Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including life safety, infection prevention, OSHA, CMS, and Department of Public Health standards, while maintaining readiness for inspections and surveys.Prepare and manage departmental budgets, oversee vendor and contractor relationships, and coordinate facility improvement projects, capital equipment planning, and emergency repairs.Recruit, supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance and environmental services staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and high-quality customer service while supporting the organization's mission of resident-centered care.Qualifications for Success:High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have working knowledge of maintenance, housekeeping and laundry operations, in a healthcare or long-term care environment.
