Job Title: Director of Leasing and Sales
Report To: SVP of Operations
Job Type: Full-Time, Salaried
Location: ATL Headquarters, with travel required for leasing initiatives across the SQ portfolio.
Travel: This position may require occasional travel up to, but not limited to 45%
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, and on-call. Some weekend and night shifts may also be required from time to time.
Job Summary:
The Director of Leasing and Sales will be responsible for driving Year-over-Year (YoY) revenue growth performance for a privately owned student housing property management company. This individual will oversee the sales strategy across the entire portfolio, ensuring the execution of the business plan and achievement of financial targets. The Director will lead a high-performing sales team, collaborating closely with other departments to align strategies and maximize portfolio performance.
