As the Director of Land Acquisition, are responsible for finding, acquiring, and prioritizing land acquisitions for the Division. They will manage land purchases through the entitlement process, provide information for and participate in the coordination of land acquisition packages, proformas for corporate approval, and work directly with senior leadership to seek land in areas and price ranges consistent with the Divisions goals and market survey data. Land deals that optimize the return on investment and minimizing risk to the company will be the focus of this position.
