The Director of Intelligent Sales Development is responsible for building and operating a high-performing, AI-enabled sales development function at ProfitSolv. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on innovation to expand the reach and effectiveness of the sales development team through AI and automation. Leading a team of Sales Development Managers and SDRs, the Director will own the pipeline generation engine—designing and deploying AI-powered research, outreach, and follow-up workflows that allow SDRs to engage more prospects with greater personalization and efficiency. The role focuses on scaling high-quality pipeline creation while coaching and developing a team that executes at the highest level.
This role owns the entire front-end of the revenue funnel, including outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, website chat engagement, and free trial conversion. The Director will deploy automation and AI to expand reach, increase conversion, and improve efficiency while maintaining a high-performing SDR organization.
