Florida Best Quote Insurance Agency is seeking a seasoned insurance operations leader to help lead the agency’s continued growth and development.


This is a senior leadership position for someone who understands independent insurance agency operations, knows how to develop leaders, and has a proven ability to create accountability, improve performance, and execute organizational initiatives.


What You'll Do

• Provide operational leadership across the agency
  
  
• Lead and develop department managers and team leads
  
  
• Establish KPIs, scorecards, and performance expectations
  
  
• Monitor performance and use data to identify opportunities and issues
  
  
• Improve workflows, SOPs, training, and quality assurance
  
  
• Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  
  
• Partner with our Systems Director on automation, technology, and workflow improvements
  
  
• Lead cross-department operational initiatives
  
  
• Develop solutions to operational challenges and drive implementation
  
  
• Help create a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of P&C insurance experience
  
  
• Significant experience in an independent insurance agency or brokerage
  
  
• 3+ years of proven leadership experience, preferably managing managers or multiple departments
  
  
• Strong understanding of insurance agency operations and workflows
  
  
• Experience using KPIs, scorecards, and reporting to manage performance
  
  
• Demonstrated success improving processes and developing people
  
  
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  
  
• Ability to hold leaders accountable and successfully lead change
  
  

Florida P&C experience is preferred.


Compensation


$80,000-$100,000 plus performance-based annual bonus.
