Stanford University Golf Course and the Department of Athletics is seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Instruction to oversee and manage all golf instruction for the Stanford Golf Course and University community, including students, faculty, staff, club members, alumni, juniors, and the public. This role will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Stanford Golf Learning Center, along with lesson scheduling, club fitting services, hard goods sales, and club repair services. Additionally, this position will also oversee the Learning Center manager/hard goods specialist and contingent teaching staff. The Director of Instruction will be adept at the latest teaching philosophies, golf teaching technologies, and club fitting protocols. The successful candidate will contribute to all facets of improvement, profitability, and long-term success of the Stanford Learning Center.
The Director of Instruction will report to the General Manager.

The expected pay range for this position is $73,796 to $80,000 per annum.
