About The Role

This role oversees inside sales and customer support functions to enhance customer experiences and drive growth. You'll lead teams, optimize processes, and ensure customer insights inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, mentor, and motivate customer-facing teams to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
  • Design and deliver training programs on selling skills, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
  • Optimize staffing levels to align with business fluctuations while maintaining performance.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex customer concerns.
  • Lead Inside Sales and Counter Sales teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Partner with external Sales Leadership on targeted inside sales initiatives.
  • Align inside sales efforts with field sales activities to maximize results.
  • Oversee HVAC Technical Support and Warranty Services to maintain high service standards.
  • Track trends in technical and warranty matters and share insights with relevant teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in sales operations.
  • Proven success in sales management with a track record of revenue growth.
  • Strong customer service orientation and experience building customer-focused cultures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and call center technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
