Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and execute the technical roadmap for enterprise IAM platforms and services.
Modernize identity governance, authentication, authorization, privileged access, and related capabilities.
Expand enterprise application integration with identity governance platforms.
Provide technical direction across SailPoint, CyberArk, SSO, directory services, and access-control technologies.
Lead architecture, proof-of-concept, product evaluation, integration, and implementation initiatives.
Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve IAM efficiency and controls.
Partner with Security, Engineering, Infrastructure, Operations, and business leadership.
Mentor IAM engineers and establish scalable engineering and operational practices.
Role Requirements
8+ years of experience in IAM, identity engineering, or security engineering.
5+ years working with enterprise identity-management technologies.
Deep experience designing, implementing, and integrating SailPoint.
Experience with SailPoint connectors, workflows, custom rules, and third-party integrations.
Strong knowledge of CyberArk or comparable privileged-access-management technologies.
Strong understanding of SSO, authentication, authorization, RBAC, least privilege, and segregation of duties.
Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, or comparable enterprise directories.
Demonstrated ownership of complex IAM implementations and production environments.
Experience developing technical roadmaps and modernizing enterprise identity environments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both engineering teams and senior leadership.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
AWS experience.
PKI experience.
CISSP, CIAM, or ITIL certification.
Experience introducing AI or intelligent automation into identity/security operations.
Experience improving and measuring IAM operational processes.
