Core Responsibilities
- Oversee HVAC installation projects end-to-end, from planning to closeout.
- Coordinate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to hit milestones.
- Perform site assessments and craft installation plans aligned with customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry codes/standards.
- Train, mentor, and support installation technicians in best practices.
- Track and adjust project budgets and schedules as conditions change.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges as they occur.
- Maintain precise records of installations and customer communications.
Qualifications
- Substantial experience in HVAC installation leadership/management.
- Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and install techniques.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses.
