Perr&Knight is looking for a Human Resources Director to oversee the entire HR Department including all matters pertaining to 200+ employees. This includes, but is not limited to recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, training, policy development and compliance. This job will work full-time from our Santa Monica office.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Supporting initiatives and directives from CAO, COO and CEO
• Supervising HR team of four people and overseeing the HR functions for two companies
• Communicating with state and federal agencies on the company''s behalf
• Overseeing all HR concerns and employee issues
• Accepting and coordinating responses to all legal inquiries, inclusive of EEOC, EDD, or SDI claims
• Monitoring changes affecting employment practices nationally and in all company states
• Overseeing all HR matters affecting the company

What You Will Bring to the Table:

• 7+ Years of experience as an HR Director
• Bachelors Degree
• SHRM or PHR certifications are helpful but not required

$150,000 - $200,000 a year
