    Description

    • Key Responsibilities
    • Lead recruiting and employee relations functions

    • Manage HR staff (Administrators, Generalists)

    • Develop HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook content

    • Support leaders with coaching, conflict resolution, and performance guidance

    • Conduct investigations, audits, plant tours, and compliance checks

    • Oversee onboarding, training, and harassment-prevention programs

    • Prepare responses for unemployment claims and support legal matters

    • Present HR updates in employee meetings

    • Recommend hires, promotions, and disciplinary actions

    • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations

    • Support additional HR functions as needed

       

      Must-Have Qualifications

    • 6+ years of professional HR experience

    • Extensive training and hands-on experience in:

      • Recruiting (full-cycle, high-volume, technical or manufacturing preferred)

      • Employee relations (investigations, conflict resolution, coaching, corrective action)

    • Leadership experience, including:

      • Managing HR teams (Administrators, Generalists)

      • Coaching and mentoring employees at all organizational levels

    • Advanced proficiency with:

      • Word processing tools

      • Spreadsheet tools (Excel or equivalent)

        Nice-to-Have Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

    • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or electronics environments

    • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies

    • Strong customer service orientation and cross-functional collaboration skills

    • Shift 1: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
