By following the best educational practices supported by active professional development, students in Robbinsville are offered an academic program consistent with its community's demand for excellence.About the position: The Director of Human Resources provides strategic leadership and oversight of the District's human resources function and serves as a key advisor to the Superintendent and administrative team on personnel matters. The Director leads the development and administration of effective, equitable, and legally compliant practices related to recruitment and staffing, employee and labor relations, certification, leaves and benefits, performance management, personnel administration, and workforce planning. Qualifications:1. Master's degree required 2. New Jersey administrative certification 3. Demonstrated experience in human resources, and educational leadership; New Jersey public school experience strongly preferred. 4. Knowledge of federal and New Jersey employment laws, NJDOE requirements, collective bargaining, employee relations, certification, tenure, leaves, accommodations, and other public school personnel practices. 5. Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, Board policies, collective bargaining agreements, and administrative procedures. 6. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive personnel matters with sound judgment, discretion, consistency, and professionalism. 8. Human resources certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.
