Director of Human ResourcesReporting directly into the Chief People Officer, the Director of Human Resources will lead HR strategy and operations across North America, partnering closely with executive leadership to align people initiatives with business priorities. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for building scalable HR infrastructure, strengthening leadership capability, and driving a high performing culture across a multi site manufacturing environment.
