The City recently created the Director of Human Resources & Innovation position to strengthen organizational effectiveness, foster a thriving workplace culture, leverage technology, and modernize systems and processes. This is an exceptional opportunity for an energetic, forward-thinking leader to help shape the organization's future. Yorba Linda seeks a collaborative, employee-centered professional with expertise in human resources, employee and labor relations, organizational development, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be skilled at building relationships, partnering across departments, and leveraging technology and business systems to improve organizational effectiveness and service delivery.

Competitive candidates will offer eight or more years of progressively responsible experience in human resources and administrative services, including at least three years in a managerial or supervisory capacity. A Bachelors degree is required.
