    DIRECTOR OF HOUSEKEEPING
    Luxury Resort • Caribbean • USD $4,500 per month
     
    ABOUT THE ROLE
    We are searching for an accomplished and passionate Director of Housekeeping for a luxury resort in the Caribbean. As a key member of the hotel's leadership team, this role leads all housekeeping operations, champions exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and personalized service, and inspires a team to deliver an outstanding guest experience across all guest rooms, villas, and public areas.
     
    WHAT YOU'LL DO
    • Lead all housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with luxury brand and quality standards
    • Inspire, develop, and empower the housekeeping team through coaching, training, and succession planning
    • Drive guest satisfaction, quality assurance, and continuous operational improvement across all areas
    • Manage departmental budgets, payroll, productivity, inventory, and cost control
    • Partner with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and People and Culture to ensure seamless operations and outstanding guest experiences
    • Oversee preventive maintenance coordination, linen management, equipment, and departmental resources
    • Promote colleague engagement, workplace safety, and environmental responsibility
     
    WHAT YOU BRING
    • Minimum 7 years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience in luxury hotels, with a proven ability to lead large teams
    • A strong track record of delivering exceptional quality and guest satisfaction
    • Excellent financial acumen, organisational skills, and operational judgement
    • Outstanding leadership, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities
    • Sound knowledge of luxury hospitality standards, quality assurance, and housekeeping systems
    • Experience in a luxury resort or island destination is a strong advantage
    • Caribbean experience is required
     
    WHAT'S OFFERED
    • USD $4,500 per month + housing, meals, annual flight home, and relocation
