About Our Client

This client is a vertically integrated real estate hospitality development firm that is actively expanding its in-house general contracting capabilities to gain greater control over cost, schedule, and quality across its projects. The organization works closely with internal ownership and development leadership to ensure construction execution aligns with overall investment objectives and long-term asset performance. As part of its growth strategy, the company is building out a dedicated GC arm to reduce reliance on third-party contractors and create a more streamlined, accountable delivery model. Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with ownership to lead construction execution strategy for all development projects
  • Serve as the key liaison between development, design, and field teams
  • Oversee budgeting, estimating, and value engineering during preconstruction
  • Manage project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, and change orders
  • Lead scheduling and ensure on-time project delivery
  • Support field operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficient execution
  • Establish and refine GC processes, systems, and standards
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, and project documentation
  • Build and maintain subcontractor and vendor relationships
  • Support growth and scaling of the in-house General Contracting arm

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager will have:

  • 7+ years of experience in construction project management or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience on hospitality projects
  • Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project (or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • A team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow
