    Description

    This senior leader will drive growth initiatives, own the end‑to‑end customer experience, and evaluate, launch, and scale new business opportunities. The position requires someone who blends disciplined big‑company training with entrepreneurial execution, operating directly with the CEO to shape strategy, build structure, and deliver measurable commercial impact. The ideal candidate brings strong business judgment, customer experience expertise, and a proven track record leading growth in a mid‑scale organization.


    Responsibilities

    • Lead and continuously improve the full customer and consumer experience across all touchpoints.
    • Build systems for capturing customer feedback and translating insights into operational and product improvements.
    • Assess, launch, and scale company‑wide growth initiatives.
    • Evaluate new business opportunities and lead pilots or early‑stage execution.
    • Own P&L and operating performance for assigned business lines.
    • Drive external growth through partnerships, customer programs, channel development, and go‑to‑market initiatives.
    • Establish KPIs, accountability, and operating cadence across business areas.
    • Work cross‑functionally with operations, pricing, purchasing, marketing, technology, finance, and partnerships.
    • Identify opportunities to unlock growth through improved commercial discipline, channel strategy, operations, or talent.
    • Make informed recommendations on where to invest, streamline, or double down.
    • Operate as a hands‑on leader who can both shape strategy and drive execution.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience owning or leading a P&L, business area, channel, or category in a mid‑scale growth environment.
    • Strong general management instincts across commercial, operational, and financial decision‑making.
    • Deep expertise in customer experience strategy and feedback systems.
    • Demonstrated ability to grow businesses, improve performance, and build structure in dynamic environments.
    • Experience in entrepreneurial, fast‑moving companies.
    • Comfort with ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
    • Ability to influence across an organization without relying on a large team.
    • High standards, accountability, and a results‑driven mindset.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
