Our client, a rapidly scaling AI advisory and implementation firm, is seeking a Director of Growth & Brand to build and lead its marketing function from the ground up.
This is a highly strategic and visible leadership role reporting closely to the executive team. The right candidate will shape how the market understands practical AI implementation, elevate the firms national reputation, and drive measurable pipeline growth through a sophisticated, premium brand presence.
The organization serves mid-market and enterprise operators seeking real-world AI integration—not experimentation—and is positioning itself as a trusted partner in that transformation.
Own and execute a comprehensive content strategy across LinkedIn, newsletters, video, long-form insights, and executive commentary.
Develop and manage media strategy, including earned placements and speaking opportunities.
Architect full-funnel marketing systems that convert awareness into qualified opportunities.
Track and optimize inbound contribution to revenue pipeline.
Lead strategy and execution for webinars, executive roundtables, and curated industry events.
Drive sponsorship engagement and partner relationships.
Oversee marketing and growth strategy for the firms affiliated executive AI community.
Maintain landing pages, case studies, and lead capture systems.
Continuously improve digital performance metrics.
Own strategy, messaging, UX, and conversion optimization across digital properties.
Develop and refine all client-facing collateral including capability decks, industry briefs, case studies, and service overviews.
Lead ghostwritten thought leadership and content frameworks.
Convert executive insights into scalable top-of-funnel influence.
Support senior leadership in developing individual executive visibility.
Own reporting across lead flow, funnel metrics, campaign performance, engagement analytics, and pipeline contribution.
Base salary range: $80,000 – $115,000 annually, doe.
