Perform graphic design and art direction duties as Director of Graphic
Design for the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Phoenix, AZ.
Determine the scope of design projects and events. Design, develop, and
implement visual concepts for clients and management using digital and
photo creative software. Create design elements such as logos, original
images, websites, and illustrations. Review and design layouts for
branding and promotional purposes. Present design concepts for clients
and management, incorporate requested changes into final versions.
Prepare and review designs and digital files for final campaigns,
publications, or events. Direct and supervise a team of marketing and
event professionals to ensure cohesive branding and high-quality
deliverables. Collaborate with marketing staff to support advertising,
promotions, and public relations initiatives. Combine art and technology
to communicate ideas through digital media, web, and print layouts.
Select appropriate typefaces, colors, and compositions to convey brand
identity and messaging. Use industry standard design software and tools
to execute creative concepts. Participate in client meetings, project
planning sessions, and internal reviews. Must have vehicle to attend
meetings and events locally. Bachelors degree in graphic design or
