A bit about us:Our client is a Dallas-based company working at the intersection of semiconductor distribution and IT asset disposition (ITAD). They source and trade high-performance memory and storage components and GPU-adjacent hardware for companies building AI and data center infrastructure, and they run ITAD and recycling programs for enterprise clients. They operate across North America, Asia, the Middle East and Europe, with headquarters in Dallas and a growing footprint in Hong Kong, mainland China and the UAE. They are ISO 14001 and R2 certified.
Why join us?- Build things from scratch. You will open every new facility they launch, from picking the location to the day the doors open.
- Real scope. You own operations across the US, Hong Kong, mainland China and the UAE, and you report to the EVP of Strategy.
- A front-row seat in one of the fastest-moving parts of the market. The hardware behind AI and data center buildouts runs through their warehouses.
- Hands-on work with visible results. You build the process, put the tools in place, and watch them work on the floor.
- Genuine global exposure, with 25-40% international travel.
- Compensation of $150K-$175K.
Job Details- Check in with site leads across time zones on receiving, inspection, inventory and shipping

- Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers and 3PL partners to balance cost, transit time and risk across four regions
- Move a new site forward: evaluating locations, negotiating a lease, managing fit-out, security systems and equipment purchases
- Work with HR, finance and legal on entity setup, banking, payroll and hiring for new locations
- Partner with the compliance team on classification, license checks and restricted-party screening
- Keep the ERP, inventory and warehouse systems connected to finance and sales so everyone sees the same real-time data
- Day-to-day operations at every site (receiving, inspection, inventory, warehousing and shipping), with standard SOPs and quality controls so every location works the same way
- Site leads, operations staff and operating budgets across regions
- Every new facility from site selection through go-live: leases, fit-out, licenses, customs and bonded-warehouse registrations, free-zone approvals, and a repeatable launch playbook
- International freight, customs and 3PL partners, plus export-control and trade-compliance processes across the US, Hong Kong, China and the UAE
- Inspection and authenticity controls for high-value components (third-party labs, escrow, counterfeit mitigation), ISO 14001 and R2 certifications, and ITAD chain of custody
- ERP, inventory and warehouse systems, plus IT infrastructure at every site
**What We're Looking For:**
- 10+ years in operations, supply chain or logistics, including 5+ years leading multi-site or multi-country operations
- A track record of opening new facilities internationally (warehouses, distribution centers or regional offices) from selection through go-live
- Industry background in electronics, semiconductor distribution, ITAD or other high-value goods preferred
- Working knowledge of international logistics and trade compliance (EAR, customs, bonded warehouses), ideally with Hong Kong, China and UAE free-zone experience
- Hands-on experience implementing or running ERP, inventory or warehouse management systems; a strong IT foundation is a plus
