    About the role

    The Director, Global Digitization provides strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight for Hyperscaler's global digitization services program. This role serves as the senior Adecco leader responsible for developing and maintaining a

    trusted partnership with the Hyperscaler while ensuring operational excellence, service performance, scalability, workforce readiness, forecasting accuracy, and achievement of business objectives.

    The position works closely with Hyperscaler's stakeholders, onsite operational leaders, and Adecco support teams to build a program founded on trust, collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires the ability to align long-term strategy with operational execution, ensuring both Hyperscaler and Adecco achieve shared goals and sustainable program growth.

    While accountable for overall program performance, this role leads through onsite managers and operational leadership teams who are responsible for day-to-day service delivery and execution.

    The successful candidate will be recognized as a trusted advisor to the Hyperscaler and an effective strategic leader within Adecco. This individual will build strong partnerships, align stakeholders around shared goals, create a culture of

    accountability and collaboration, and ensure the program continues to deliver exceptional operational performance while supporting future growth and innovation.

    This role measures success not only through operational outcomes, but through the strength of the partnership, the trust developed with Hyperscaler's stakeholders, and the ability to build a sustainable, scalable program positioned for long-term success.

    What you'll be doing

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Hyperscaler's global digitization program, ensuring alignment with client objectives, contractual commitments, business goals, and long-term growth strategies.
    • Serve as the senior Adecco representative for the program, building strong relationships with Hyperscaler stakeholders and fostering a partnership based on trust, performance, collaboration, transparency, and shared success.
    • Partner with Hyperscaler leadership to support the continued growth, evolution, and long-term success of the program while identifying opportunities for enhanced service delivery and operational value.
    • Establish and lead the overall governance framework for the program, including strategic planning, business reviews, performance management, risk mitigation, and executive communications.
    • Oversee program performance through onsite managers, operations leaders, and support teams, ensuring accountability for service delivery, quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, compliance, and workforce effectiveness.
    • Develop and maintain operational forecasts related to business volume, capacity requirements, staffing needs, productivity expectations, and future growth initiatives.
    • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with client and internal stakeholders to assess performance, review

    forecasts, discuss strategic initiatives, evaluate risks, and align future priorities.

    • Establish and maintain a data-driven operating culture utilizing performance metrics, dashboards, reporting, and analytics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
    • Ensure contractual service levels, operational commitments, quality expectations, and compliance standards are consistently achieved through effective governance and operational oversight.
    • Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on process improvement, standardization, innovation, automation, scalability, and workforce effectiveness.
    • Partner with onsite leadership teams to ensure appropriate workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational capability to support current and future business needs.
    • Utilize Hyperscaler tools, forms, systems, reporting platforms, and business intelligence resources to support governance,

    operational visibility, performance management, and strategic decision-making.

    • Ensure appropriate documentation, knowledge management practices, business continuity plans, operating procedures, and governance frameworks are maintained and scalable for future program growth.
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate business, operational, staffing, quality, service, and customer risks while ensuring timely escalation and resolution of critical issues.
    • Champion a culture of accountability, engagement, safety, collaboration, innovation, customer focus, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
    • Collaborate with Hyperscaler and Adecco stakeholders to develop strategic plans that strengthen operational performance, improve customer outcomes, and support long-term program success.

    About you

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education (including certification/licensure requirement):

    • Bachelor's degree required; degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Management, Analytics, or related discipline preferred.
    • Master's degree preferred.

    Experience:

    • Minimum seven years of leadership experience within operations, outsourcing, managed services, business process operations, or similar service-based environments.
    • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale client programs with responsibility for operational performance, business planning, forecasting, governance, and customer relationships.
    • Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes through indirect leadership structures.
    • Experience conducting executive-level business reviews and managing senior client relationships.

    Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

    • Executive presence with the ability to build credibility and influence at senior leadership levels within both the Hyperscaler and Adecco.
    • Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Exceptional strategic thinking, planning, forecasting, and business acumen.
    • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and governance rather than direct day-to-day operational control.
    • Experience utilizing reporting tools, dashboards, operational metrics, and business intelligence resources to drive performance.
    • Strong understanding of service delivery, workforce planning, operational excellence, quality management, and continuous improvement principles.
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools, reporting platforms, forms, spreadsheets, and operational systems.
    • Lean Six Sigma experience preferred; certification considered a plus.
    • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment.
