Director of Fulfillment
We are seeking an experienced Director of Fulfillment to lead fulfillment, warehousing, inventory, logistics, and distribution operations within a regulated pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical environment.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who has a strong background in supply chain and fulfillment operations and can improve efficiency, maintain regulatory compliance, develop teams, and support continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day fulfillment, warehouse, inventory, logistics, and distribution operations.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, service, and cost performance.
• Partner with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, and internal departments.
• Monitor operational and supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure fulfillment operations comply with applicable GMP and GDP requirements.
• Partner with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs regarding compliance requirements and audits.
• Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment team members.
• Establish performance expectations and promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop long-term fulfillment and supply chain strategies that support business growth.
• Evaluate technology, systems, and process improvements that can strengthen fulfillment operations.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align operational strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, distribution, or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
• Experience managing fulfillment or distribution operations in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and GDP requirements.
• Proven leadership and team-development abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using data and operational metrics to drive decisions and improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with supply chain management systems and software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader who can balance people, processes, compliance, and performance. You should be comfortable leading complex fulfillment operations while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels, and scalability.

Experience within a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical fulfillment or distribution environment is strongly preferred.
