Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted finance business partner to segment presidents, VPs, and cross-functional leaders.
  • Own the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning processes for commercial segments.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess revenue, margin, volume, and cost drivers.
  • Monitor performance against the plan, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Deliver analyses on revenue growth, margin performance, customer profitability, and ROI.
  • Partner with Commercial Strategy, Sales, and Marketing teams to evaluate pricing actions and promotions.
  • Prepare executive-level dashboards and presentations for leadership reviews.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing to align forecasts and strategic initiatives.
  • Support month-end close activities by reviewing variances and aligning results with business narratives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of FP&A managers and analysts, managing a total team of eight.
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A tools, processes, and analytical capabilities.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.

Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or corporate finance, with significant exposure to sales-driven organizations is required. Candidates must have proven experience partnering with senior commercial leadership in a multi-channel or consumer-focused business. Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or food and beverage is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools such as ERP, planning tools, BI platforms, and Excel is required. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and storytelling skills are necessary, with an ability to influence at the executive level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An MBA or CPA/CFA designation is preferred.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is considered a plus.
